Waylon is the only person I will trust with my plumbing! I have been played by so many different plumbers and plumbing companies, I was scared to try yet another company. But as soon as Waylon got to my house for the first time, I knew I had found someone I could trust. I request him specifically everytime because I know he is going to get the job done as accurately and as quickly as possible while explaining to me what he is doing. Cannot explain how comforting it is knowing I have a plumber I can trust with these 50+ year old cast iron pipes!! As a company, B&L is always so nice when I call up and is always willing to work with my schedule! Bummed I can't give them more than 5 stars!

B&L plumbing did a fantastic job getting my sewer line repaired, both the guys that came to the house were very nice and explained everything that they were doing to me which I really appreciated. They worked well with my warranty company and everything was covered that they had to do! I will be using them again in the future for my plumbing needs and would recommend them😊

We received next day service after our call to B&L. Rick arrived on time and repaired our kitchen faucet within a minimum of time. He was courteous and professional, answering all my questions throughout. This is the 4th time I've hired / contracted B&L Plumbing with the previous times including plumbing leaks and a burst pipe.

Jason and Jamie were at our house this morning to complete repairs after getting the necessary parts needed. They did an exceptional job and were very knowledgeable! I recently had my water heater replaced by B&L Plumbing and was extremely impressed with their service. The team was professional, timely, and explained all options clearly. We have used B & L Plumbing on three occasions. Every time the plumber was able to complete the requested repairs in timely way. Waylon was the plumber on the first two service calls and Jamie was the plumber on our latest service call. On all three service all the plumber was able to make complete repairs and made sure the area was all cleaned up when they finished the work required to repair our plumbing issue. Both plumbers made sure they explained the cause of the plumbing issue and how they would repair the our plumbing situation.
